I’m very excited to finally release some limited spots for my online coaching!

Online coaching is a fantastic way to have 1-1 training support with myself, regardless of where in the world you may be. The coaching and programming is specific to you and takes into account your current skill level, time commitments and equipment available to you. You must be ready to commit to achieving your goals! Online coaching is only effective if you are ready to put in the work in, during both the zoom sessions with me and on your own.

  • Front or middle splits
  • Standing splits
  • Developing the pancake position
  • Building strength & flexibility for the handstand
  • Learning drills for the handstand
  • Balancing the handstand
  • Straddle press to handstand

If you are serious about achieving your skill based goals and are ready to commit yourself to your training please fill out the enquiry form below and you will be contacted via email within 2-5 days. If all spots are full, you will be placed onto a waiting list and contacted when a spot becomes available.

When spaces are available there are 3 packages.

All 3 packages include an introductory 15-20 minute consultation call.
This will be used to

  • Identify goals
  • Assess current abilities
  • Discuss how many times can you train a week
  • Discuss how long you have to train
