All levels are welcome here. Be guided through programmes that challenge you and develop your skills and strength no matter your ability through various regressions and progressions.
If you prefer to workout on your own, our self guided programmes are for you. Work towards getting stronger in bodyweight movements, getting stronger in the gym , developing calisthenics skills like v sits or handstands and always with a focus on flexibility too.
Our speciality flexibility, handstand & bodyweight classes are not your usual follow along classes. Programmed to work specifically towards individual skill based goals , you will be coached through specific exercises & drills & the classes get harder as you get stronger. Sophie joins you every step of the way & a big focus is placed on understanding technique, learning about the movements & having fun. With 3-4 classes a week for 4-12 weeks there is always a way to challenge yourself.
We focus on progressive overload in our programming. Get familiar with movements, learn how to progress them through the progressions available and be pushed to adapt training principles to always challenge yourself.
We are always updating and expanding our content library of one off classes, follow along programmes and self guided programmes. You can expect new programmes for flexibility, handstands, calisthenics & strength monthly!
