After completing the form you will be contacted by Sophie to book a short consultation call. We will chat about your goals, what training with Embrace movement will look like and if we would be the right fit. If you decide to go ahead after this you will have a full consultation to decide on goals, complete a  movement assessment  and set up your personalised programme.
We make programmes to fit around you. You will have a weekly check in, where Sophie will give you video based feedback on every one of your workouts and a monthly catch up call to discuss any changes. You can also have direct WhatsApp support from Sophie for any urgent questions.

We recommend a 3 month minimum commitment to really get the most out of your coaching. Strength , flexibility and skill take time to develop.
The best thing would be to apply here . This allows me to see what type of goals you have and if I think I can help you. On our intro call i will suggest a plan of how I see us working together and if I don’t feel like I can I will happily refer to someone I believe can help!
