  • Includes classes for strength & conditioning, strong & flexible upper body, flexibility for handstands, handstand drills
  • 10 – 30 minute classes
  • 2 programme templates, each lasting 4 weeks
  • Template 1 focuses on specific handstand strength & flexibility
  • Template 2 focuses on specific handstand strength, flexibility and handstand drills
