This programme is made up of follow along classes that target the strength, flexibility and skill elements of handstand training. Completely removing the guess work for you and giving you a progressive plan that pushes you week after week.

The follow along nature of the plan means the classes are full of real time cues and tips to look out for during your practice.

This programme includes:

  • 4 – 8 week plan options depending on your start level.
  • Classes for strength & conditioning, strong & flexible upper body, flexibility for handstands, handstand drills
  • 10 – 30 minute classes so easy to fit around other goals
  • 2 programme templates, each lasting 4 weeks
  • Template 1 focuses on specific handstand strength & flexibility
  • Template 2 focuses on specific handstand strength, flexibility and handstand drills
  • 4 weeks of tracker templates for accountability
