  • 4 different and progressive strong & flexy classes where you improve joint function and strengthen & lengthen tissues
  • 4 different Static stretch classes that help to challenge the nervous system
  • 4 exit route classes to further develop your training (pancake, front splits, middle splits prep)
  • A 4 week programme template (recommendations how to make this 8 -12 weeks)
  • 4 weeks of re-useable tracker templates for accountability including goal setting & reflection work
