This 4 week follow along programme is perfect for beginners who are looking to introduce flexibility training into their routine and learn a little more about how to get flexible as an adult. 
 
Expect to be guided through classes that teach you how to complete exercises correctly with helpful cues to get the most from your stretches & monitor progress.
 
This programme includes:

Full body classes that introduce developing strength in end range positions, full body static stretch classes that develop stretch tolerance &     introduce understanding intensity, exit routes classes to further develop training (pancake, front splits, middle splits prep)
